All prices are listed in euros. The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). A grace period of 29 minutes will be provided free of charge, following which time another full day will be charged.
The lessee must notify of his or her intention to drive abroad and must contract International Assistance Insurance cover. Vehicles may be driven in Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar (no other country is permitted) but the Overseas Assistance Service must be contracted. Leaving any vehicle abroad at the end of the lease must be authorised beforehand. Under no circ*mstances may industrial vehicles be left outside of Spanish territory at the end of the lease. Please check the legal requirements of each country in which you intend to drive the vehicle.
Only payment by credit card (physical card) in the name of the contract holder is accepted. Cash payments, travelers cheques and euro cheques are not accepted. An international valid credit card is always required for the deposit (2 credit card for Premium, 7pax & 9pax) of which will be held on the credit card until the vehicle is returned. A deposit will be taken at the time of rental corresponding to the Small, Compact, SUV, Estate, V1/V2 car categories amounting to €200; and for the V3/V4/V5, Premium, MPV(5+2) categories of €400.

Coverage Exclusions: Damages caused to the upper part of the bodywork, to the suspension of vehicles, and to their interiors from the inside, missing pieces and damages derived from such, or deterioration not arising from normal use. Likewise, the damages caused by misuse, negligence or recklessness on the part of the driver, as well as the breach of any of the terms in the general conditions or from the actual legislation
If, for any reason, it is not possible to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was collected, a fee shall be charged for the fuel consumed plus an additional administration charge of 18 euros.

In Madrid and Barcelona airports, hirings without flight details will be not allowed. Clients must show the details of the arrival and departure flights. This information will be registered in the contract. It won't be possible to extend the hiring contracts beyond the departure date.
The lessee shall be responsible for the maintenance and proper use of accessories, such as car seats for children, roof racks, etc., including the keys and documentation folder. In the event of any damage, a penalty fee may be charged to cover the cost of the lost/damaged accessory, without prejudice to any legal action that may be brought by the lessee.
An additional charge of 21,99€ €/day shall be applied for each driver under the age of 25, up to a maximum of 219,90 euros.
An additional charge of 12,50 €/day of the rental shall be applied for each additional driver, up to a maximum of 125 euros.
The lessee must have celebrated his or her 21st birthday to rent vehicles in groups “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, “F”, “G”, “K”, “P”, “L”, “N”, “O”, “Q”, or “1”, his or her 25th birthday to rent vehicles in groups “6”, “7”, “8”, “J” and “M”, and his or her 23rd birthday to rent vehicles in any other group. In any case, a valid driver’s licence with no less than two years driving experience is required.
Opening times: City offices: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00. Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00. Airport offices: Every day from 08:00 to 23:00. The above opening times are approximate and may be extended or shortened depending on the time of year and the office in question. Please check the opening times for each office. Certain offices offer a priority delivery service at the desk at a cost of up to 36.30 euros. Check availability. All off-site deliveries and collections shall be subject to an additional fee of 27€ / 50€ / 100€ (5km / 50km / 100km). Confirmation is required 48 hours in advance. All deliveries/collections made out-of-hours wherever an office is located shall be subject to an additional charge of 50 euros. All deliveries/collections in cities where no office is located shall be subject to a fee of 0.84 euros per kilometre (minimum 57 euros) to the nearest office (total kilometres in both directions). Vehicles must be returned at the office during opening hours. In the event that the lessee returns the vehicle out of office hours, the lessee shall be responsible for all liabilities deriving from the contract until such time as the vehicle is received (when the office opens again).
We ask that customers notify us of the time at which they would like to collect the vehicle, as well as any possible delays to their flights, in order to offer them the best possible service. All vehicles subject to a reservation will be kept available for a maximum of 120 minutes following the delivery time established in the reservation, provided that said period falls within the opening times of the office in question. Once said limit has expired, the reservation will be cancelled and we reserve the right to make the vehicle available to other customers. In the case of reservations made at airport offices, vehicles will be kept available for a maximum of 60 minutes. In the case of reservations linked to a flight, the actual arrival time of the flight will be considered as the vehicle delivery time.
The quoted model of any reserved vehicle is for guidance purposes only and may be replaced with another of similar characteristics within the same category.
