Five stars, Idon’t gothere anymore because it’s too far out ofthe way but it’s agreat place and Linny isthe easily the coolest guy I’ve talked toin years. Good place

Overall, nice staff onthe floor. Relatively clean. They have alot ofclasses. The three stars isdue toallowing members toslam weights like it’s golds gym and afew other things. The rules posted about this and cleaning machines are not enforced. I’ve also been harassed here which Ireported twice. Itstarted after asking the guy tostop taking the weights off myrack, asI was using them. Hethen started putting every weight hehad onto myrack; also began following mearound thegym, making sure hewas literally putting his body and/or weights within two feet ofme. Video(s) evidence along with two witnesses didn’t really domuch. The female director seems tohave anaffinity for men like that since nothing was really done except “a talking to” (twice) and after reporting, she avoids mecompletely. They must befriends? Also, the same guy who was told toleave mealone (I’m only assuming, since Iwasn’t present atthese socalled meetings with him) still always seems toposition himself near mewhenever hediscovers I’m here-within two feet ofme-since there’s noactual repercussions, whynot, right? Iguess I’m onmyown. I’m not really sure how much longer I’ll continue togive this place money.… – show

The classes are extremely approachable for all fitness levels. Each instructor I’ve taken from isquick toshow modifications soeveryone can get the best workout for their body. The classes are usually alot offun and Ileave sweaty and exhausted (in the best way). Lastly, and probably most importantly toa mother of2, having the 2hours ofchild watch isthe best gift. Mykids love itand the staff inthere are AMAZING.

Customer service was extremely misunderstanding and rude despite mywillingness topay toply basketball after having let myfriends inand telling meI had toleave due tothe fact that Ihad been aguest previously. Gave ittwo stars because ofthe fun the ymca offers past the main desks.

This isone ofthe best YMCA locations inthe Chattanooga area! The children's playroom has age appropriate equipment for the smaller/younger children and creative space for the larger/slightly older children. The locker rooms here have the most complementary amenities and features (towels, irons and ironing board, blow dryer,etc.) The space, services, and staff here are all phenomenal!

I love the YMCA. Mychildren and Igo 4—5days aweek. There issomething for everyone todo. Iworkout, mydaughter plays inchildcare, and my2sons play basketball inthegym. Some days, wego for aswim together. Ihighly recommend getting amembership, especially for families that want tostay active!

This has tobe the nicest YMCA Ihave ever beento. Infact, one ofthe nicest gyms Ihave ever beento. Wewere infor the Ironman event and they were incredibly welcoming and generous, letting ususe the pool for free! Great people and wonderful facility!
