My Hero Academia: 9 Pro Hero Voice Actors & Where You've Heard Them From (2024)

In the world ofMy Hero Academia, there's no greater feat to strive towards than becoming a Pro Hero—at least for many of the starry-eyed students of UA Academy. Ideally, they never turn their backs on someone who might need their help, never cower in the face of danger and always show up right in the nick of time to save someone who needs it.

In practice, though, Pro Heroism often feels like a competition, with Pros doing whatever they can to stand out from their fellow top-tier Heroes. This is true even for those who don't care to be in the spotlight, as it's practically built into hero society. Pro Hero names as well as their costumes are meant to be unique and recognizable, and the same rings true for the voice talents who bring them to life. Many Pro Hero voice actors within the series can be recognizedin other popular works, both from the realm of anime and others such as gaming and movies.

All Might constantly projects a fearless disposition, in order to uphold his status as the Symbol of Peace and help ordinary citizens feel safe whilst going about their everyday lives. This spirit is captured perfectly by Kenta Miyake, who's had recognizable roles in other big-name projects both in and out of the realm of anime.

He voices Mike Zacharias fromAttack On Titan, who's portrayed as a great leader with an odd quirk of sniffing others that he meets. Surprisingly enough, he also had a role inZootopia, playing the police chief, Chief Bogo.

Eraserhead originally comes across as an overly-strict, uncaring teacher, willing to expel anyone who doesn't meet his standards. It turns out that he actually just cares about all of his students meeting their full potential, and he's more than willing to sacrifice himself in order to secure their well-being.

Junichi Suwabe does a phenomenal job portraying the teacher, and he plays his other roles with a similar level of quality. These include Ryomen Sukuna fromJujutsu Kaisen, and Ardbert, one of the star players in Final Fantasy XIV'SShadowbringersexpansion.
