I called to @Ask_Spectrum last Sunday. My request was seasonal suspended. Operator’s vice was wreaking and I was not sure my request was accepted or not. I called Spectrum today, I realized privious operator didn’t work for me. She is problem! @GetSpectrum

@GetSpectrum I was a nervous wreck needing a tech to check my wonky wifi. Wow what service.. He had disposable shoe covers, mask, gloves. Thank you. I was a bit nervous. Every rep I spoke to has been so professional. Keep up the good work during this crisis @Ask_Spectrum
