I called to @Ask_Spectrum last Sunday. My request was seasonal suspended. Operator’s vice was wreaking and I was not sure my request was accepted or not. I called Spectrum today, I realized privious operator didn’t work for me. She is problem! @GetSpectrum

@Ask_Spectrum ordered a service and still haven’t gotten it...transferred on the phone to hold for 20 minutes only for your line to say it can’t take calls and hangs up on me...
