Why is my Toast Central cash drawer not opening? ›
On your main menu navigate to Device Setup. > Select Open cash drawer and make sure that it's set to Automatically open cash drawer when a cash payment is made. If it's set to no, that could be why your cash drawer is not opening.
How do you find hidden checks on Toast? ›- On the POS, at the top of the screen, select All checks.
- Use the tabs to filter to Open, Paid, or Closed checks, or select the magnifying glass to search for the check.
